Art is so expensive because of the time and thought that goes into it. Also art collection was for upper class rich people and collectors for decorations. I honestly think art shouldn't be to expensive, because you can't put a price on something so priceless.
I do wonder if people's appreciation of art would change of it was more accessible... Nice color changes...
